Dr. Stephen Flores

Stephen A. Flores, MD, joins Lubbock Sports Medicine after 6 years at Covenant Medical Group as an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Flores is an alumni of the University of Notre Dame and received his medical degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He completed his residency at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and his fellowship in orthopedic surgery sports medicine at TOCA/University of Arizona College of Medicine.
While in fellowship, he had the privilege of working with numerous athletic teams including the Arizona State University Sun Devil Athletics, Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Brewers, and local high school teams. Dr. Flores is committed to providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care for our patient community at the highest standards.

Dr. Flores is an active member in the community and holds membership across several societies. As a native Texan, he enjoys golf, guitar, traveling and the outdoors.
