Tyler Roberts, APRN, FNP-C

Tyler Roberts joined Lubbock Sports Medicine in 2023 as a nurse practitioner to Dr. Pankratz. Tyler is a native of Lubbock, Texas and graduate of Coronado High School. He attended South Plains College and earned an Associates Degree in Nursing in 2016. Following graduation from nursing school, Tyler worked in the operating room as a registered nurse for 7 years. While working as a full-time registered nurse, he advanced his nursing practice and skill through additional education. He attended courses at Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2018. After graduating from BYUI, Tyler returned to Texas to earn a Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2022.

Tyler is an active member of the South Plains Nurse Practitioner Association.

In addition to being a certified family nurse practitioner, Tyler has also earned other certifications including the certified nurse operating room (CNOR) and Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) credential. Tyler even earned his Eagle Scout Leadership award from the Boy Scouts of America back in high school.

Tyler and his wife, Rebecca, currently live in Wolfforth, Texas with their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, strawberry cultivation, performing home renovations, and being a disc jockey.
